Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Morning Sessions include both skills and basketball specific strength, conditioning & body movement fundamentals followed by game play/scrimmage.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - Individual Skills Development (40mins) followed by game play/scrimmage (20mins).
You can select 1 session at a time or 5 sessions and get the full weekly program M W F and receive a discount if you’re looking for savings.
