How do I shoot properly and accurately?
Start by getting your mechanics right - fundamentals - Bend your knees, Eye on the Rim, Elbow in and under the ball, shoot from the Fingertips and Snap your Wrist making sure to Follow through and don’t forget to leave that gooseneck up in the air till it rips through the net.
Then practice , practice, practice and repeat - using that same good form. Make sure to do the same thing every time - with good mechanics until it becomes fluid. Then take a big step back and try again until you get to the range you want. -
How to dribble without looking at the ball?
It probably sounds too easy but the answer is in the question - just dribble without looking at the ball - do it standing, do it as you crouch and then sit down - then try and get back up while not looking at the ball, dribble on cracked footpaths or rocky areas, practice pound dribbling on the spot and see how fast you can without looking at the ball and then time yourself - then try and break that record every day by another 5 seconds.

How can I be better as an Offensive/Attacking Player?
The overall idea of the offense is to disorganize the defense.
This is done by using small individual advantages, in turn leading to larger team advantages.
By making quick reads right on the catch, as well as using various 2 man and 3 man actions, the offense is able to create great shots.
The reads on the catch that the players make are as follows:
1 - If you have space between you and the defender, shoot it
2 - If the defender is running hard at you, drive it hard at them.
3 - If the defender closes out well, pass the ball and create action off the ball via a basket cut or an off ball screen.
By making a quick decision, the player takes the small advantage they have (being open on the catch) and turns it into a larger team advantage.
